Anyone have a good guide (in English) walking people through filling out the 144 hour TWOV pre-registration web site form?
I've been told by a friend struggling through it that while the field labels are in English, some are ambiguous. Eg fields for "Start date" and "End date" don't indicate whether the user should enter the start/end dates of the passport's validity or the start/end dates of the visit being applied for. Then further along in the process other fields appear finicky about how entries are formated.
