Does anyone know what the standard BA ratios are, for example on a 773, for each class of travel.

In my my limited experience of F the main service ‘improvement’ compared to J is that there is always someone to hand. Understandably F is often half empty, or has been for me, so this helps but still.
Between services, there should ALWAYS be someone in each galley irrespective of class or aircraft, so there should always be someone to hand. Minimum crew is 1 crew per 50 seats (whether occupied or not) I believe.
