I looked into using United miles or cash to book LAS-YVR-LAS for 6/18/18 thru 6/25/18 in business class non-stop. Morning non-stop flights on both dates were available for award travel or cash on Air Canada Rouge. But later non-stop Air Canada Rouge flights on either date could not be booked for either cash or miles on the United website. However, the later non-stops for each day could be booked on the Air Canada website for cash.

I understand that an airline might open up award seats on some flights and not others. But for cash bookings, is it strange that Air Canada would put some of its flights on the United website but not others when the only difference between the flight on both websites and the flight on only the Air Canada website is the time of day?
