Sorry, but I beg to disagree with you. Although I am talking about "glitches" in both threads, the issue is now different compared to before (and therefore I feel quite justified in starting a new thread, as opposed to continuing the previous thread). In the first instance, as suggested by B747-437B, the supposed "glitch" (related to booking awards) was really a methodological problem in terms of my use of the booking site - in this case, this is "really" a problem with the aeroplan web site - which has been confirmed by SE and aeroplan internet support agents.

Even if you disagree with me on my arguments described above, I believe that this is worth a new and separate thread, as the news on this issue to other FT members will be be of greater impact and therefore be more noticeable than if it was added to the pre-existing thread (ie you noticed it!)

May I ask you if you know how long this glitch has been present (ie have you been booking awards through the Aeroplan award site, and noticing a problem, or not)?
