1) Are you looking on the Home tab or on the Statements and Activity tab? I only see this when expanding a transaction from the Home tab.
2) If you look at a pending transaction do you see this?
Yes, I'm on the Home tab.
No, I don't see any mention of "Rewards" at all (for either Pending or posted purchases showing on the Home tab). Even clicking on the Additional Information link (for posted transactions0 doesn't show that (it only shows more details about the purchase transaction itself).
When I expand a transaction in the Home tab, it draws a totally
new page, where
all I see is a blue banner with the establishment name (and a "<" icon for returning to Home), then below that:

Will appear on your Nov X statement as <establsihment name> LOS ANGELES CA

... then on the right is the establishment name, a map, address,phone, website, and that Additional Information link which just gives a long series of digits and letters.
As you can see, it's not at all in the same format as the pictures I quoted in post 1. I can't figure out how to get anything to show in that new format on the Home tab.
On the Statements & Activity tab, I do see things in a similar format as in the pictures above (it
does not go to a new page when I clock on a transaction there), but there's nothing on the right hand side where the pictures above show the Membership Rewards points block.
