The TfL system is incredible from my personal experience. If it is true to have caused Chase to move to tap physical cards, that is pretty amazing. I wonder if Capital One who pretty much makes all of their decisions at the VA HQ was influenced by their local DC Metro similar plans (publicly announced in April 2018).
