I want to submit feedback over the ridiculous seat numbering cluster.... from my flight on Sunday, but when I put in my last name and confirmation number it says it can't find anything. Do you have to wait a certain number of days for the information to load into Alaska Listens, or is there a better place to submit this feedback? I don't want it to just be anonymous feedback.
