Well not surprising on some delay and the location isn't good unless you need to be in Pondok Indah area.

I had a look at the pictures and personally find the design terrible. Looks like a 5-year old gone wild with the color palette and then they picked especially tacky furniture pieces on top. Yikes, that happens when owners think they are also architects and designers. Will stay away from this one. YMMV.
