PQM is the same as EQM requirement, so no difference here. The Chase CC does not give waiver for 1K or GS, so not relevant here either.

A slight correction: UA credits PQDs for UA flights on either UA tickets or other airlines' tickets, as well as PQDs for partner flights on UA tickets. It does not credit PQDs for non-UA flights on non-UA tickets. So it is possible to earn PQDs on a non-UA ticket, if it's a UA flight on that non-UA ticket.
