The availability of PZ within 24 h is very limited; I.e., one or two FC seats remaining on a plane. If one gets a CPU within 24 h (booked into PN), your success rate with SDC would be higher. The annoying thing is that you have to call to downgrade and SDC to another flight when PN/PZ on the new flight is not available.
