He's booked in I so it's business. I would not bet anything on UA's retrofit schedule, the pace is glacial. Far superior hard product is debatable, I'd probably agree that the Polaris seat is better but I also find I feel a lot better flying on the 787 for long flights due to humidity, etc. UA's service also leaves much to be desired in my experience anyway.
