There are a lot of "gotchas" aren't there... it is all a bit scary for someone like me that hasn't done a lot of flying before.
i really wouldn’t book with a TA. They will usually be a nightmare to deal with when you have got sort out the inevitable AA flight schedule changes. If you are really struggling with Ba then book with aa. Try using PowerTools or other similar thing to transfer the itamatrix itinerary in to aa.com to book.
