This past June, before our Alaska cruise, we stayed at the Westin Bayshore and it was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite room and there was plenty to do within walking distance (some restaurants, a very nice park, etc.) I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we have another cruise out of Vancouver.
