Just when I thought things were running smoothly.....made three transfers to ANA. First two each took exactly 10 days to transfer. The third is now going on three weeks even though the confirmation email states 7 business days. Spoke with three reps and they said they are not sure why they have not transferred (which is no help). They stated it may be up to six weeks even though my two previous transfers took 10 days. I asked why would my email state 7 business days when in reality it could take 6 weeks.....they were again not sure.

I asked to be transferred to their tech department to see if the transfer was flagged, in process, completed, or something else. Transferred, someone picked up the phone, and hung up on me (pickup and put down).

Not happy and a word of warning to others, plan on up to six weeks and anything before is a bonus.
