I agree it can be confusing. The oneworld rules are that the flight must be operated by a oneworld airline OR operated AND marketed by a oneworld airline. So oneworld marketed AND non-oneworld operated are specifically excluded (with specific exceptions to this exception like EK operated with a QF code).

Vueling seems to attract perticular problems here. I guess because it’s one of the few point 2 point codeshares BA sells on BA.com.
