Wow. SPG has gone downhill. They just said they already told me it would be credited after check in and they would look into it if the hotel didn’t honor it, but are not willing to say they will credit it if the hotel doesn’t honor the free night. Yeah ... not going to book it since all the confirmations would have the full and higher rates.
