Had a stay here a few weeks ago. Since there don't seem to be any reviews here on FT I'll add a few notes.

The property is very nice and quite large. It is 4 stories tall in a newer area of Xi'An. One of our guides said area is considered one the most desirable places to live around the city. The hotel over looks Qujiang Lake which is quite nice. The lake is a great spot to take walks along or go for a run. At night many of the buildings and trees are lit up and it looks fantastic.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the service was the best I have received in China. Check in for Globs is completed via the Regency Club desk, so we were escorted up stairs for a more private check in process. We used a suite upgrade and where given a Regency Suite on the top floor. The room was well appointed with the highlight being the multiple balconies overlooking the lake. The suite is very good size, around 100 sqm.

The property reached out a few days before to ask when we would be arriving. We took an overnight train into Xi'an and had an early arrival in the am. The hotel had the suite ready for us when we got there around 9am. This was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was held at the Market Cafe on the main level. It was quite nice with a ton of options at the buffet. For close food options outside of the hotel there is a nice mall across the street with plenty of good dining spots. The Regency Club has a pretty good offering in the evenings for drinks and appetizers.

My only complaint about the property is location is not very close to the city center for seeing sights nor is it very close to the subway. Taxis are cheap however. One other item to note, Google Maps does not have the correct location for the hotel. If you type in "Beluga World Children's Paradise, Xian China" you will get a closer spot to the actual location. I would happily stay here again if I ever am in Xi'an. Attached are a few photos I took around the property (the lobby, the lake at night, and the living room of the suite). Sorry I didn't take more photos!
