I had one year at E75K and back to E50K - the *G is 90% of the benefit for me. The extra 2 days of eUp window was the only benefit of E75K that was meaningful to me, but I don't think I missed any eUps, just had longer uncertainty. The gift E35K was neither here nor there. I *really* liked the red card though.
