QR as far as I'm aware don't have anything similar at LHR, but I've never flown QR from LHR on a trip not starting at LHR before, so I could be wrong.
IIRC, AA send the CK team to T5 to collect their passengers from connecting flights. I wasn’t suggesting your question was stupid, I just assumed with all the trumpeting we’ve read on here about QR and their supposedly superior product that they might have provided a similar service for their ‘high value’ customers.
