Well, actually the service is for BA *and* AA long haul passengers given the joint business agreement. QR and BA have a similar joint business agreement, so I don't think it's a totally stupid question.

QR as far as I'm aware don't have anything similar at LHR, but I've never flown QR from LHR on a trip not starting at LHR before, so I could be wrong.
