Just had a fairly *Limited* (lets be nice) experience on a KLM Dreamliner:
KL0641 AMS-JFK:

• Wifi works on my mobile, but it's expensive and really limited.
• Wifi is NOT compatible with my Chromebook. It disconnects after a few seconds, I can't even get the captive portal ( onboard.klm.com) I use this machine for more then a year, no other wifi issues.
• I managed to use my phone as a USB hotspot, so I could get wifi on my laptop, but is far from ideal.
• I have Ipass, which works really well on Delta, supports both Panasonic and GoGo based system, but not the KLM wifi. ( Reaching out both customer service to get official answers.)

So instead of having *unlimited&*free WIFI, I was paying for a limited experience while had to have my laptop and phone cabled together.
