I'd avoid row 11 - way too close to the galley and WCs. The middle galley on the A330s isn't used IIRC, so it's likely to be quiet in row 19.

But for a couple I wouldn't necessarily be choosing the middle seats. Conversation is not that easy across the divide so talking will be limited. I'd be taking window seats, one behind the other. The advantages are better location by the window (a view), control over the window shades, and more sense of space. The middle seats really aren't that appealing.
