Yeah, the Wi-Fi sucks/is broken at least as often as it works. But that's not a problem unique to the 772.

Nor a uniquely United problem: I just got off a CX A350 SFO-HKG and the Wi-Fi was dead (along with the IFE map, which thought we were on the ground in MAN the entire time).
