Sure seems like there’s an issue. It’s hit or miss for me and yesterday was another miss on ORD-PVG. Just as you mention it works for an hour then dies and cannot be resuscitated. Nothing works. The price went up from $17 to $38 and the service went away at the same time.

Very frustrating!
