I was wondering the same. I have stayed at a few CPs, and have mostly been very positively surprised.

Right now I am at the CP Tainan, which is an outstanding property. I have never been to a Hilton close to this, and it easily stands up to the best Marriotts I have been to.

​​​​​​My initial brand perception would have put CP somewhere slightly below a full service Marriott or Hilton, but so far my experiences in the properties I have been to puts them same or higher.
