Anyone can request an exit row. However, QF will only pre-assign them to people they determine are worthy. So its definately worth calling reservations as asking for it - can't hurt.

On the 767's, appart from the bulkheads and exit rows, there is not much difference between the WHY seats. It then comes down to personal preference for things like aisle vs window, over-wing vs clear external view, view of the video screen etc. Note that the bulkhead centre seats are right in front of the screen so viewing is good for the visually impaired, but can be difficult to view if you don't like sitting in the front row of a cinema, or if you want to sleep the flashing light can be annoying.

The front WHY cabin has a more intimate feel (rpws 23-30) but is generally the first to fill up, even on a fairly empty flight.

Bassinet position is 23JK and is generally difficult to get pre-allocated unless travelling with an infant.
