1) Are you looking on the Home tab or on the Statements and Activity tab? I only see this when expanding a transaction from the Home tab.

2) If you look at a pending transaction do you see this?

You'll be able to see Rewards information for an eligible charge within 5 days of the charge posting to your account. Please check back later.
