Apology if this hasn’t been asked before.

I purchased my ticket using PayPal but now I have to cancel my ticket. The agent I spoke to advised that the refund team will get in touch with re next steps.

Im a bit concerned:
1) havent received a case number
2) the agent I spoke to didn’t give me any confidence

so how does MH refund to customer if the payment method was using PayPal?
