A few weeks ago, in the reverse direction MH refused to check-through, with argument "overnight luggage storage not possible" at BKK.
To answer my own question: BKK does not seem to allow overnight luggage storage. CX Checkin looked up the rules and it says "24 hours, same day".
When STA is 0:01, it should work for STD 23:59.
The BKK departure hall does have a luggage storage, costs THB 100 - 150 per day (probably 24h), per piece (ie size depending)
