Have you put a claim for reimbursement explicitly stating that you want a 75% reimbursement for the downgraded flight under EC261? Unless you explicitly ask for it, expect AA to 'forget' its obligations
The downgrade was for 95% of the journey, If you paid 260,000 miles, then ask for
.95 *.75 * 260000 = 185,250 miles back in reimbursement for the downgrade
