As this is a new aircraft with no crossover on existing aircraft in the fleet, flight desk and cabin crew will need to be certified and familiarised with the new aircraft type so it will be a 100% given.
I think there is a lot of commonality with the a380 (hence why quite a few of the flight crew are coming from that fleet I believe). Not sure if there may even be a common type rating with the two aircraft?
