There will be a lounge change at Munich Airport as the British Airways Galleries Lounge will be closed from 1 November 2018 for further redevelopment works. Eligible customers will be notified through Manage My Booking on ba.com
Customers can enjoy the facilities in the Airport Lounge World which is a brand-new development, part of the major transformation plans happening throughout Munich Airport. There are showers, restrooms, a large area for customers to relax and enjoy drinks from the bar, as well as a great selection of hot and cold food.
After making their way through the security channels, customers should turn left and head towards an elevator signposting the lounge. The elevator will arrive directly at the lounge entrance. On arrival, customers should show their boarding pass to the Reception Host.
Boarding will start 40 minutes before departure.
It implies that it is being redeveloped and reopened at some time in the future???
Doesn’t really imply it - quite brazen in stating that!
