On the A320 Family Archive site the last sighting of NEOP was on October 14th and it didn't have engines fitted however NEOR had it's taxi check and rejected take off yesterday. We'll have to wait and see if there's any action on NEOP in the next few days. If not then it's possible NEOR could be delivered first and could well be this month. It's interesting to note the site does say NEOR is BA's first A321NEO.
