When I put my EY FF Gold Number, 2 others EY PNR appears on my account.
On one of them, the flight number and the airline is Air France and on the two others, it's the EY prefix and the AF flight number.
My status is well recognized, got the extra luggage and can bid for upgrade but I can't choose my seats on any of the 3 EY PNR or the AF one.
Can't online check-in as well on the 4 PNR so that's interesting.
I am not sure on which one i will be checked in to, and if I can get the tier miles, they don't even know themselves !

Will report in december
As you are under AF flight numbers, do not have too much hopes in earning EY miles and benefiting from your status, unless there is serious IT glitch in the system.
