That is a third offer. I got Amazon and Grocery offers on the Ascend that converted from the old Citi Hilton Honors Reserve card.
I got the 20,000 points for $2000 spend offer on my other Ascend that converted from the original Amex Hilton card. That second card I plan to cancel because the annual fee is due and I don't need two Ascend cards.

What bothers me is that all three offers seem to require entering Amex logins, and cc numbers to get a "special code."
Either the offers are an expertly designed phishing attempt, or Amex is beyond stupid to be training its customers to send sensitive cc info via an e-mail link.
