Maybe this should be a seperate thread, but I'd thought I'd email the ambassador/priority club a query today, thinking everything would be clearer & written down than a phone call. I was only enquiring if when my IC Ambassador membership ran out (in Dec'04) if would be down-graded to PC Gold if didn't hit the 60k in points, were I to pay $100 to renew.

The reply I got back did explain in the 2nd para. that I would be downgraded, but the 1st para. gave me nearly a heart attck, as it said - 'We are delighted to confirm your annual renewal has been processed. Please be assured that your Ambassador portfolio is due to be despatched shortly'.

I'm now terrified, as they do have my credit card details & I gave in the email my member no., at the thought the missus might see a $100 charge now on our bill!
