This high risk activity will come out easily in the big data analysis. Moneygram is completely aware of what is going on and implemented this check to stop this practice. The Walmart MO is going to be dead soon. All the people who keep doing 2k to 8k everyday will get locked out soon.

Normal customers do not do $2k a day in money orders every week. Ever year the Walmart MO method becomes more restrictive.
