It's a pointless exercise. If you know that you packed the hoodie and you know that it wasn't there when you opened the bag, you know that it's gone.

Locks, wrapping, outer wrapping, plastic ties and the like, won't make it any less likely that your bag has been opened and, in fact send the signal that you care about the contents.
