I flew AA international in J last year, and I think I remember seeing a macaroni pasta dish for the kid's meal but the sides I think were the same as adults. Like [MENTION=672801]fotographer[/MENTION] said, you'd have to choose under the "special meals" tab and you don't know what they actually serve until you get it in flight. So if your kids absolutely will not eat any of the choices given, you are probably safe by choosing the kid's meal. YMMV.
