Saying they "gave you" 50,000 miles implies those miles went into your mileage account and then you booked the tickets yourself. That being said there is, unfortunately, no way to upgrade those award tickets.

I would recommend getting seat assignments as soon as possible and seek the forward economy section of the A-330 (the type of plane you are most likely flying to London). That forward economy section of the A-330 has more room than the aft section. See the following website for details... and choose the US Airways A-330.
