Any carrier using the Solstys seats, which includes the Alitalia seats mentioned above, are a good bet, and probably the third best option available in business class.
Qatar's QSuite and Singapore's new A380 business class have seats capable of forming double beds. These are probably the top two products for traveling with a romantic companion.
