Tried to get to account specialist/retentions department through customer service on ATT Access More card. They said no option to transfer.

Called back with TY Premier and was promptly transferred. Was offered 5,000 points after spending $1K. Also asked about ATT Access more and offered 2X TYP extra per dollar on up to $17.5K spend for a total of 35,000 TYP.

Each card only had one offer compared to retentions last year when there were multiple offers to choose from per card.
