Other articles available indicate the individual claimed he was hung over from overdrinking the previous evening, iirc. The highly probable sample they took will tell the tale. Drinking on the job would likely kick decision making into afterburner and he’ll have to search for a new career. And hopefully a nearby chapter of “the other” AA.
