KLM Personal Assistance
Hello all,
Today I got a very nice mail from KLM about a service called Perosnal Assistance. To qualify for this service, one most be a Platinum member residing in the Netherlands who earns 400 XP on flights with a KLM or Air France flight number within 12 months. Does anyone know what this service is? And how is this different than the regular Platinum service line?
