Yeah, we were in the same boat. Have a Carnival Vista cruise Jan 27th-Feb 3rd, 2019.
Wasn't sure if we wanted to chance the 10:50 a.m. flight (figured we'd not make it if anything "went wrong").
So we have to take the 2:50 or something, so we don't get in until like 11:00 p.m.
Ugh

But beats missing the plane as Southwest's policy is basically you fly standby (and I think cough up more points/money). I've seen too many cases where flight is full and standby gets you one or two or even three day delay (ick). Depending on where you're going of course.
