In terms of "real $", the most expensive thing the ACs have is raspberries and blackberries (as much as $5/pint in the supermarket) and hard boiled eggs, but only at breakfast time. The other "stuff" is just cheap filler-ups for your stomach.
Hard Boiled Eggs - in a foodserivce pack of 20# tub (~200-220 eggs), your per egg cost is roughly $0.12-0.15 per egg.
Unless the AC hard boiled eggs are from golden chickens, their "food cost" on this item is well within the norm.
Now, labor cost on the other hand..... that is something I could see being a cost driver in recent years, especially in states like CA where minimum wage is significantly higher than the rest of the US.
