Welcome to FT however this actually isn't a forum in which to discuss Air Canada employees matters but rather a forum in which to discuss everything airline and frequent flyer related from a passenger perspective.There are some airline employees who participate on Flyertalk as individuals so perhaps they can message you with input that may help answer your questions.
