In the pre-Rouge days when AC had two-three domestic 767 that they ran to Spain during the summer season I believe the domestic business class cabin on those flights were called club class. Obviously that evolved into Rouge premium cabin.

Open questions, if there is some old code in AC systems or if some of their IT people did not get the memo on the name change.
