Special Meal Request: VLML (dairy vegetarian)
Crew was great, attentive and welcoming.
The food is yet another sad story: A warm pasta dish with tomato sauce and veggies. In theory this would be fine. I think this was also a low sodium option as it was void of any and all flavor. Salt (which was unavailable on this flight) and parmesan would have gone a long way. Served on the side was a packaged vegan bread roll that was a bit like fluffed saw dust. And they still insist on serving awful fat free salad dressing (as well as fake butter) with vegetarian meals, but luckily the FA had an extra olive oil vinaigrette from the other meals, which saved the salad. I already wrote Delta and explained that it really seems like they have a glitch in their system, and that for the past year I've only been getting vegan meals when ordering vegetarian. I don't mind vegan when it's good, but these meals are consistently flavorless and awful.

Thankful for you. I am taking this route later this week and had ordered a VGML, but after seeing this just decided to go with the standard fare. I'll live. Tacos and margs await me at the other end of the flight!
