Unfortunately the Europe office (which was previously based in the Netherlands) is now closed, as are all others everywhere. The ONLY PC customer call centre in the world is now in Manila, and all calls from everywhere are forwarded to it automatically.
And I too have had painful exchanges with some less than competent agents in the Manila office.
